Cascade E-commerce Solutions, Inc. (CESI) has been providing digital marketing solutions to businesses and organizations since 1998. CESI has been an active member of the Seattle Southside (formerly Southwest King County) Chamber of Commerce since February 1999 and was awarded as SeaTac City Small Business of the Year 2000 and Small Employer Business Excellence of the Year 2005.
Elizabeth Paulsen, President
Elizabeth and her husband, Glynn, founded CESI in 1998. Glynn retired from CESI in July 2023.
As President, Elizabeth guides CESI and leads the Washington State office.
Elizabeth has 40 years of experience coordinating complex projects in the fields of education, healthcare, finance, tourism, retail, and service. In 1983, she received her BA in Education and Music from Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA and has maintained her skills and knowledge through continuing education.
She uses her excellent communication skills to build strong working relationships with digital marketing professionals and teams. She tests theories and communicates with colleagues on an international level to keep current on changes in the search engine optimization industry.
She is an active volunteer in the community and has served on several local nonprofit boards. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with family, and mentoring local youth.
Rebekka Paulsen-DeReu, Vice President
As Vice President, Rebekka helps guide CESI and leads the South Carolina office. She received her BA in English with a Writing Minor from Anderson University in 2019. She uses her exceptional writing skills to develop web and social media content.
Rebekka enjoys spending time outdoors in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her husband and two dogs, reading classic novels, and, of course, correcting improper grammar.
Jeff Newhall, Internet Marketing Strategist
Jeff has over 15 years of experience working in IT and digital marketing. He received his BA in Business Administration with a Major in Management Information Systems and Minor in Marketing from Washington State University in 2011. Jeff is Google Ads Certified and is highly skilled in web traffic and goal completion analysis and reporting.
Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing in Washington and Alaska.
Aubrey Davies, Web Developer
Aubrey graduated from Green River College in 2022 with a BS in Software Development. Web development and Java development were her strongest subjects in school. Her favorite aspect of web developing is front-end design work on websites. It is satisfying to make them look great and function smoothly on a PC and on mobile devices.
In her spare time, she expands her coding knowledge as she develops indie games.
Emerson Hickman, Intern
Emerson is passionate about photography. He has experience with landscape and commercial photoshoots. His videos and photos of local professionals and business teams can be found on the websites and social media pages of businesses located in Burien and SeaTac, Washington. He plans to get a business administration degree and hopes to own and operate his own photography business.
